The Hosting Weekend Bootcamp is conducted several times per year and is taught by Marki Costello, owner of CMEG and granddaughter of comedy screen legend, Lou Costello.

Bootcamp Overview
The bootcamp starts on Saturday at 10 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m., continuing on Sunday, same time. During the weekend, you'll practice reading all types of host copy and learn basic techniques of television hosting. On Sunday, you'll dress up and look your best as the workspace transforms into a television studio. You'll read from a teleprompter and cue cards with a professional sound/light/camera crew, and walk away that day with a videotape of your performace. When you're done with this weekend, you will have the confidence and knowledge to audition as a television host.

As the seminar fills up quickly, we require students to put down a non-refundable deposit of $250.
