Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use

All users of Becomeahost.com, including members (registered, paying member of Becomeahost.com) Visitors (non-registered members) and Guests (registered but not-paying members) must abide by the Terms and Conditions here set forth. Please review these terms carefully. By using the Becomeahost.com website, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and consenting to all user policies and procedures relating to the use of Becomeahost.com.

General
Becomeahost.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Creative Management Entertainment Group (CMEG), and will be referred to as CMEG in the remainder of this document. Use of Becomeahost.com constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document between you (the user) and CMEG. CMEG reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions of use without notice; such alterations will be updated on becomeahost.com as time allows.

CMEG may change or discontinue any feature of the site or services related to the use of the site at any time including any and all user functions, and is not liable in the event of any change, suspension or discontinuation of services.

Registration and Fees
Members may only access member-only features of the site upon registering for a user account with CMEG. Registration with CMEG is non-transferable to any other party or entity for sale or lease. Registration requires payment to Becomeahost.com / CMEG, and all user payments must be and remain up-to-date based on the user payment schedule selected (either per month or per year) in order for the user to access the features of the site, including access to all user-uploaded materials. The user will be granted temporary full access to the features of the site upon registration and payment. In order to maintain full access, the user is then required to upload a talent reel to the site, and is encouraged to upload headshots, resumes and biographies. The fee for registration is $19.99, which grants the user 1 month of access to the features of the site. This fee will recur on a monthly basis until the user cancels his/her user account. Alternatively, the user may opt to pay the fee on a yearly schedule for the discounted price of $119.95 for a full 12 month access period. This is a non-recurring charge.

Account Cancellation
Users may cancel their account and any recurring or non-recurring billing associated with the account at any time. Such cancellation shall take effect at the end of the billing period in which the cancellation request is made and received by CMEG, and no future rebills will be charged to the account. All cancellation requests shall me made via email to webmaster@becomeahost.com.

User Content and Conduct
CMEG is not responsible for any inappropriate content that any member includes or uploads to any member account. Inappropriate content includes any lewd, violent, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, racially and sexually offensive and illegal materials. CMEG reserves the right to monitor all user-posted materials and all user-to-user messages and content, and to reject and cancel any user membership based on said user’s inappropriate account content or messaging. CMEG reserves the right to determine what content may be inappropriate.

The user is not to duplicate or share any materials from the site with non-paying persons and entities. The user is not to distribute any passwords or otherwise allow other non-paying persons or entities access to the features of this site. The user must not post content that is not his or her own or is used without permission from a third party. The user is not to impersonate any other member or present oneself as someone they are not while accessing features of this site. The user is not to use any of the features or services of this site for commercial purposes, and is not to use any of the features or services of this site for any illegal purpose.

Privacy Policy
The privacy of Becomeahost.com members is very important to us. Through the registration process, members are required to provide certain personal information such as name, address, email address, user name and password, phone number and credit card information. CMEG will never share this information with any third party persons or entities, and will only use this user-provided information for Becomeahost.com related purposes, i.e. notification of casting calls, collection of membership fees, and website security.

Liability
By registering and using any of the functions or services related to the use of Becomeahost.com, you agree to in no way hold CMEG liable or responsible for any harm incurred through the use of the site, including loss of uploaded materials or income.

CMEG is not responsible for the validity of advertising links on the Becomahost.com site, and is in no way responsible for any advertiser’s claims or any harm incurred on a Becomeahost.com member through the use of advertiser services. CMEG does not guarantee against interruption of service, and expressly disclaims any and all expressed and implied guarantees. The use of this site and its features is at your own risk. CMEG does not guarantee against any errors that may be present in any site content, including user-provided content and CMEG original content.
